Born in Warrington, Cheshire, in 1988, Richard spent his childhood dreaming of ways to escape the struggles of the real world. He discovered, through reading, a route to the otherworldly plane of stories, fables, myths and legends. From this, a passion grew for Science Fiction and High Fantasy literature, which provided epic sagas full of limitless possibilities for escape.
